The customer means any person contracting with the company for the supply of products or services.
Delivery means delivery by the company or any subcontractor employed by the company directly or indirectly
All orders are accepted subject to the these terms and conditions which no person (save for a director of the Company agreeing in writing) in the employment of or acting in any way as agent of the Company, or purporting so to do, has power to modified.

Submission of a purchase order online will be taken as agreement to these conditions of sale.
Conditions of Sale
The customer fully is made aware that products supplied by the company are natural products and affected by environment factor. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the appearance of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance of the products in their physicality. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate. Information given relating to varietal characteristics is for guidance only as environmental factors can affect plant growth.
Substitution may be provided on the rare occasion that products are unobtainable due to crop failure, seasonal factors, stock levels or other factors. In this event, you will be notified via email about the carefully selected alternative and should this not prove acceptable a refund or credit note will be offered to cover the cost of the product not available.
Delivery
The postage charge is incorporated within the purchase price; however deliveries to The Isles of Man, Scilly, Northern Ireland, plus the Scottish Highlands and Islands, The Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland may incur additional costs. Further details regarding this will be given when payment is requested.
Orders are despatched promptly by post or parcel carrier, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. The company will make every effort to deliver promptly, but if for any reason the company is unable to deliver then no liability, whether in damages or otherwise, for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered arising from any cause whatsoever.
Cancellation or Order Amendments Policy
Perishable goods are excluded from cancellation under The Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 as amended by S1689, 2005.

Any order amendments must be made before dispatch and be made via email. Once the product(s) have been dispatched, no amendments of any kind will be processed.
Pricing & Payment
Prices include VAT where applicable, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
We accept payment for online orders by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch) and Delta. Cards are immediately charged when the order is confirmed. This keeps administration costs to a minimum especially in situations where the expiry date may pass before the date of delivery.
Should any item become unavailable in interim period between payment and delivery, you will be notified via email about the carefully selected alternative and should this not prove acceptable, a refund or credit note will be offered to cover the cost of the product not available.
Privacy Statement
